Online rules have been updated to the current printed version, 7.2. As always, the printed version applies in case of error. Also added is another page for the current exhibition classes. Perhaps one of them interests you?
1) Traxtor pulling tires will be legal in substitution of Clod sized tires in pulling classes. This includes the 2010 World championships.
2) Brushless motors will no longer be allowed in Pro Stock Tractor. This includes the 2010 World championships. The new exhibition class, Super Stock Tractor, is an excellent alternative if you wish to run brushless.
Both theese changes can be read about and discussed on the forum.

The Rules are now available as a download or by clicking on Rules to view them on the web. To move forward in the area of Lipo technology, the NR/CTPA will adopt the ROAR rules for this technology. We also will be adopting, and only using the approved batteries on their site. In addition, NR/CTPA will require the use of lipo charging bags. No other form of protection will be allowed. Currently lipo's will only be used in the Racing Division.
The NR/CTPA reserves the right to amend, change, or add to the rules according to changes affecting the hobby.

4WD Super Stock
4WD Box Stock
4WD Modified
Tube Chassis
Open
Novice
Stock/Mod IS
Sport Mod
4WD Driveshaft
Elimination (If ran on Friday night)

These are the 5 bags that will be allowed for use. These can be purchased at local hobby shops or online. No other form of protection will be permitted.

When charging lipo batteries, the battery must be IN THE BAG.
